I'm facing above error while setting up my website.

PHP Startup: Unable to load dynamic library '/usr/php/54/usr/lib64/php/modules/phar.so' - /usr/php/54/usr/lib64/php/modules/phar.so: cannot open shared object file

Check whether you have enabled PHP module phar in PHP settings...

If PHP module phar is already enabled, recycle your PHP version settings...

Change your PHP version to more other version, and change it back...

What web application are you trying to install, just curious...
