What if you try to visit the url

All sites related to hosting account down ( an auto system upgrade was initiated by godaddy last week - ever since FTP / db went down last week - then it was fixed and again for past two day all sites went down on same hosting account - even file manager is not loading and the account is not showing a hosting IP assigned for the hosting server.

The site is loading for me at this time, but if you are having trouble accessing or managing your account I suggest calling Support so they can review this with you.

Spoke to a tech support and got the IP assigned and edited the DNS - so sites are now working live, but FTP / File Manager and db access are not working - error.

in hosting manager the file count / storage are all mentioned as zero "0" maybe an error in system that need to be fixed,.
