I agree with @Muse , the sooner you contact Support, the better.
Also, for the benefit of others that still have the option, we recommend three periodic back-ups of your data (including one off-site).While we can sometimes offer a restore, our back-ups are primarily intended for our restoral in case of catastrophe.
Your data represents your hard work and many hours of labor. Search support.godaddy.com for information on back-ups for your type of hosting.
