    Did you mean:

    Site can't be reached error

    Hi,

Until the last few days my WP managed site has worked fine, but now it sporadically won't load. I've flushed the GoDaddy cache, checked all updates, optimized all images, and removed any plugins that weren't necessary, and still it won't load 90% of the time.

I've tried on three different devices - Mac, Windows and mobile, with various browsers and the same issue of 'This site can't be reached' and ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT is all that I keep getting.

Any help or advice would be massively appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch so quickly! The site is james-armstrong.co.uk

    Cheers!

@JamesA_Design I can visit your site perfectly: https://ibb.co/eKYA6a

    Also your DNS looks fine.

By the way, I loved the animated ja 🙂

I guess GoDaddy may have been performing updates or maintenance task on the server.

But if the problem persist, you should call support and ask them what's causing the issue.

    Hope it helps!

    Thanks for looking.

I've just tried again, and although the main page loaded, if I went to any of the portfolio items it just does this: Screen Shot 2017-08-16 at 11.56.02.png

After that I hit back and try to go to any other portfolio page and it does the same 😞

Thanks for the comment about the JA animation btw! 🙂
