Cannot connect Gmail to GoDaddy POP3

hi,
I'm trying to set up Gmail to receive from my GoDaddy email address but I keep getting an error "Server denied POP3 access for the given username and password.
Server returned error: "[AUTH] Authentication failed."

I've entered my
GoDaddy email address,
the password I use to login to Godaddy email, 
pop.secureserver.net
Port 110.

But GoDaddy is rejecting it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

That should work - just to confirm you are using the WorkSpace email??

Some security setting needed to be changed by Godaddy. Then it worked.
