About 3 months ago our company's email forwarding stopped working. I suspect that around that time our boss let some finance guys install Outlook. Could that be the problem? What can I do?

Could it be they switched the email plan from Workspace to Office 365? If this is the case these services are not compatible with each other, so forwarding would need to be setup in the active plan.
