Email is not working. Incoming mail doesn't arrive

I thought it was weird to wake up with no new emails. But then I realized that the email is not working. I can send messages, but can;t receive them.

 

The incoming server is pop.europe.secureserver.net. 

 

Hope you will do something about it soon. We are dead without email

Hi @pol. It's hard to say for sure what's happening in your situation without knowing more. Please know

that this is not a support forum. If you need help with anything account specific, please contact our customer care team.

 

My guess would be that your domain's not using the right MX Records to work with your email account. If you're on our EU email servers, you'll want to make sure that your domain is using ONLY the following MX records:

  • mailstore1.europe.secureserver.net
  • smtp.europe.secureserver.net
