1. Did you just set up the email address? 
2. Did your website change recently ( which could affect NS, and your email service)

3. Are you using Outlook, or a 3rd party email service to view emails, or is it webmail directly?

4. Are you having sending/and or receiving problems?

5. What error messages are you getting?

Few month ago i buy office 365 email sales@bspprice.com when i working but now I don’t receive email now and received notifications that address is not found
