Google cannot connect to my email account

I have a domain name and email account with GoDaddy and would like to migrate my email to a new email address (with a new domain name) that I have with G Suites. In Google's data migration tool I specified my GoDaddy email account as the "role account"  and entered the password, but Google is unable to connect to it. I know the email and password are correct. I'm really puzzled. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Hi @KapilB , 

 

I understand you want to migrate to G Suite. You may need to use an email client to "bridge" the two systems. Otherwise, if your asking how Google pulls data from other systems, you may need to contact them at 480-366-3700  or search https://support.google.com/a/

If you can straight log in to our email with the log-in and password, it's functioning.
