The connection to the server failed

I followed the instructions as given at :

After entering the incoming and outgoing server, and pressing "Next" in the Add account page. I constantly get the above error specified in the images. Help.

If images are not available, this is what they say:


The first image:

 Log on to incoming mail server : Failed


The Second image :

 Log on to incoming mail server(IMAP): The connection to the server failed

 Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you  continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).




@FaizAhmed, What email service are you using for your domain? Those instructions are for workspace email, but you could be using cPanel mail or Office 365.
