I have 2 domains and 2 different email addresses. The one domain allows the emails email@example.com to come through to the email address. The other domain does not. I have contacted the company and they inform me that all the emails from firstname.lastname@example.org are being rejected and that I need to get the email address whitelisted. Note that other emails from @shedul.com come through no problem. How do I do that? It might be that I inititally created the email address using Office365 and then cancelled that and recreated the email address on Workspace Email. Any ideas? I am not technical!
Thanks for posting. Are you receiving a bounce back when the email is rejected? If so, I'd recommend reaching out to live support with the bounce back so they investigate the issue. Hope that helps!
