Hi all. Just setup a brand new fresh website yesterday at www.thusix.org .
My issue lies within the email that cPanel lets you use. I've asked support twice and they seem to have no idea what is wrong with it. They've "tested my server", checked my MX records, and others.
Speaking about MX records, I've played around and to no avail. I reset it just recently to my domains name, with a priority of 0 as it was before I touched it. Still, my email will not receive anything. I checked the bandwidth panel and my POP3 and IMAP servers are reading 0 bytes. SMTP however reads fine and clear. I can send emails (assumingly) to myself, and (proven) to my private gmail account, but cannot do the opposite.
I've just done a check on intoDNS and receive the error:
ERROR: No reverse DNS (PTR) entries. The problem MX records are:
220.127.116.11.in-addr.arpa -> no reverse (PTR) detected
You should contact your ISP and ask him to add a PTR record for your ips
