Unable to write to database web api - authentication context not enabled

I recently uploaded my web apito GoDaddy. I have a total of 5 DB contexts. One is for registration and authentication and the other 4 are for user related data. The four other contexts have code based migrations enabled. The authentication context does not.

I am able to successfully upload and create a user (on the authentication database) but I am unable to even add a single entry on any of the other four databases when trying to add them from a web app (using REST).

I am also able to update the 4 problematic databases from visual studio package manager console and create blank columns so this should mean that my connection strings are ok.

Has anyone had any problems like this? I'm not sure what the problem could be. When I try writing to a DB from PostMan it just gives me a 500 internal error.
