Hi ,
First of all i will highlighted what support i have got today or earlier as well. A very pathetic support. Some unprofessional guys are siting there to support and they put you on hold for a long time and than they disconnect the call without any information and solution. if we call them again they says that they do not have any options to do that and it happen due to network issue. I assume that there is different network which using by godaddy. some other planets networks. i m frustrated a lot today due to the worst support.
issue which i am facing -
Add Subject Alternate Name (SANs) not getting added. called to godaddy customer support at least 7-8 time today but no support. First time they say that you are using a self managed server we can not support. They unprofessional guys even don't understand that what is the issue is.
