certs.godaddy.com not available

Hello i bought Standard UCC SSL Up to 10 about 20 Minutes ago, but if i hit the link to SetUp, its not available. 

If i hit on Options i got this error message (see screenshot).

On Manage All link, i got the same problem as on SetUp...website not reachable 😞

how can i reach the page to setup my bought certs?
