deluxe hosting wordpress sites running very slow

I have the deluxe hosting package and have two sites (wordpress) and two databases. One site is production and the other is my staging site. It has seemed to slow down quite a bit since months past. 

I get lots of tcp connection errors when loading my staging site, my main site is slow to load. 

Anyone else have similar issues as of late?

I have the same Delux website.  Its also running slow, maybe when it will be real one, not Delux it will run quicker. 

Maybe you know how to convert to a real one?

Also, I think to use not jpg. format pictures to run quicker, but it so much works to convert them tooter format.
