Need advice on what to purchase for a new client

Hello, I have a client that wants me to build a website for them. She wants a wordpress theme, an SSL and an email address. I'm not sure what to purchase to get started. I think the cPanel Ultimate as that comes with SSL. I can install Wordpress using cPanel. Any reason I should consider WordPress Ultimate package instead? Thanks for your help.

1) The SSL that comes with the cPanel server is the Paid SSL that you must renew each year

2) Managed WordPress comes with CDN / SSL and GoDaddy takes care of the server side things for you.

I personally would recommend Managed WordPress.
