Unable to make a curl call to specific domain

When i am trying to make an api call with curl command but it results in an error. ssl curl read error -5961. Please help

That's usually due to an SSL misconfiguration or a limitation on the server settings itself. If you're on shared hosting, that might be why it's happening. They tend to have a much more strict security protocol than VPS/Dedicated Servers where you can manage the hosting environment.
