Who can register .QUEBEC domains?

Anyone can register .QUEBEC domain names on a first-come, first-served basis. However, .QUEBEC requires the completion of a statement of "Intended Use" for the domain name while going through the purchase path. This statement can be a minimum of one character and a maximum of 2048 characters

Registration restrictions

When registering a .QUEBEC domain, you must follow specific requirements.

  • Must use: 3-63 characters
  • Can use: Letters (a-z characters), numbers (0-9) and hyphens (except in the 3rd or 4th characters of the domain name)
  • Cannot use: Special characters (e.g., & and #)
