Workspace Email Help

I'm not getting my email

If you're using an IMAP-enabled Workspace email account, sometimes your account stops receiving email messages. This can happen when you have more than 25,000 emails in a webmail folder.

To fix this issue, you can delete email messages from the full folder. Alternatively, you can move email messages to another folder.

  1. To move email messages, sort your email by date received.
  2. Move email messages to another folder.

    Note: You can create a folder to move email messages to.
