Mozilla Firefox: Clear my browser cache

Clearing your browser cache can remedy a lot of problems you might see with your webmail. Please remember that clearing your browser cache will also remove any stored passwords, or auto-fill data.

  1. In Firefox, in the top right corner, click the 3-line button (Open menu).
  2. Select History.
  3. Click Clear Recent History....
  4. In the Time range to clear: list, select Everything.
  5. Select Cookies.
  6. Select Cache.
  7. Deselect everything else, so that only those two options are checked.
  8. Click Clear Now.
