Set my recovery email address

Adding a recovery email address helps you reset your Office 365 password online. If you forget your password, you can have a reset password link sent to your recovery email address.

  1. Log in to your Email & Office dashboard and navigate to User settings by clicking Manage next to the email address you want to edit. (If you're not an Account Owner, when you log in, you'll start on the User settings page.)
  2. Scroll to Account information and click Add recovery email. (If you've already set a recovery email and you want to change it, click Edit.)
    Click Add recovery email or Edit
  3. Enter your Recovery email and click Save.
    Enter your recovery email.

You'll see a confirmation message to let you know that you've been successful.
